A Little About Me

I learned the art of researching as an English major in college, and though I used my degree as a medical editor after school, my research savvy has been put to better use in my life outside of work.
From creating wedding registries to learning how to purchase and take care of a house to birthing and raising small humans, organizing and decorating spaces, and trying live with fewer toxins and more whole foods and fairer trade and fewer clothes that last a little longer—every day is a new opportunity to google myself into a stupor and try to live a little healthier, a little happier, and a little more hospitably to my family, my friends, my church, and the people around the planet who provide my goods and services.
So why not spread the love? I'm the queen of offering unsolicited advice, and here's an opportunity to do that for the masses! Whether you're a homemaker, an artist, an accountant, or a student, you're sure to Google something at some point, and here I am: a lowly blogger, praying your search history and cookie collection send you my way :)
I have a long list of recommendations for this multifaceted adventure called life, so drop a comment if you're curious about anything in particular!
(Also: If you read the name of my blog in the voice of a certain blue cartoon dog, please know the crossover was unavoidable...but also intentional. For real life??? For real life.)
